E-Tools

Horizons Talent has developed its own suite of internet based tools to support the Horizons programmes.

  • E-Sharing

    All participants have access to an online e-sharing site where the programme learning resources and video memories are housed. Participants are tasked as part of their initial preparation for the programme to complete a personal profile via this site so that the relationship building process between participants can start even before they have first met.

    Horizons Talent does not support the production of high cost printed learning manuals and because we don’t teach by PowerPoint, there are very few “presentations” to print. Through the e-sharing tool participants can access the pre-workshop activities and on their return from their residential experience, download handouts which are personalised with photographs and videos from their very own workshops.

  • E-Valuation

    We use these tools, including continuous evaluation throughout the programme to encourage participants to reflect on their learning. This keeps us informed of the current focus of individuals and the group.
