Alex Hill

Alex takes the lead in delivering the business elements of the Horizons Programmes. He also co-facilitates the leading people and interpersonal skills development inputs and is trained in Myers Briggs level 2 and Firo B.

Alex is Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School within Oxford University, Senior Lecturer at Kingston Business School within Kingston University, Visiting Professor at the BEM Management School within Bordeaux University, Visiting Professor at The Academy of National Economy in Moscow, Visiting Professor at Gordon Institute of Business Science within Pretoria University and part of the Duke Corporate Education, Duke University learning resource network where he teaches on a variety of postgraduate and executive programmes.

Prior to moving into the academic sector, he spent ten years in various divisions of the Smiths Group, a large engineering multinational. During this period, responsibilities ranged from managing a business unit to providing consultancy support for the Group’s facilities in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

He has published a number of books, journal articles and case studies including:
