Christine brings alive the vital connection between Horizons Programmes’ learning methodology and the role of the participants’ managers in supporting development in the workplace. She takes the lead in facilitating the “Developing Talent” workshop for managers of high potential talent, a fundamental part of our tailored programme design.
Christine’s experience over 20 years includes a range of Human Resource roles from Training and Development Controller to Senior HR Consultant in a number of different industries.
Her proven track record is in organisation design and restructure, cultural change programmes, executive and leadership development and assessment & development Centres.
Christine has experience of designing and delivering programmes and development processes in a number of business sectors including retail, financial services, FMCG, engineering and construction.
Christine’s strengths include facilitation skills, a strong business focus, project management, coaching and mentoring skills coupled with a enthusiastic and creative approach. She has received a Directors Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Management of Change.
Assignments and research have enabled her to work in mainland Europe, the Americas and the United Kingdom.
