Helen focuses on talent identification for Horizons Talent. She designs and delivers powerful and robust tools for understanding and unearthing talent and potential.
Helen brings expertise in talent management and leadership development from a psychological perspective. As a Business Psychologist, she has been enabling businesses to identify, nurture and keep hold of their talent for many years. A varied and successful career consulting to global organisations has given her exposure and credibility across all industry sectors and on an international level, with projects in locations across the US, Europe, Africa and Asia.
Her specialist areas include the identification of talent through assessment, development centres, leadership development programme design and facilitation, and developing talent workshops. Helen is trained and experienced in the use of many psychometrics such as the Myers Briggs and OPQ and has designed a number of assessment tools, exercises and simulations. She is a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council, has attained Chartered Status with the British Psychological Society and is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
