Tim designs and develops and continuously improves, Horizons Talent’s suite of internet based tools, specifically designed to support the Horizons Programme participants.
Tim has attained his experience in web technologies through founding, building and most recently selling a highly successful internet business. He has 8 years experience in designing and developing bespoke web applications across an array of sectors, including financial services, hospitality and electronic learning. He is fast and insightful in interpreting our needs and always creates innovative solutions by applying technology in a user friendly way.
