As the Managing Director of Horizons Talent Ltd, Tracy spends most of her time ensuring the links between the Horizons programmes and its client’s are made stronger every day
She ensures that the Horizons Talent team is continuously improving its capability and opportunity to deliver truly unique, engaging and challenging programmes all over the world. Currently programmes have representation from over 20 nationalities.
Prior to establishing her own business she worked for over 20 years for various companies including Tesco, DSG International, Scottish & Newcastle, General Motors and Smiths Group plc.
Predominantly her career has been in leading business change, cultural alignment and leadership development programmes.
