Horizons Talent delivers locally with participants from the Americas, Asia and Europe to meet their growth plans and succession needs. Unlike many business schools we are not tied to a building or location so this keeps our client's costs to a minimum.

One of the keys to our success is how closely we work with the line managers of participants in Horizons Programmes. We are so strong in our belief that they play such a critical role that we include a development experience to help managers better support their employees learning and we stay in touch, providing guidance, throughout the programme.

Unlike most external training providers we don’t expect our clients to worry about logistics or administration. We have that under control too, thus enabling our clients can concentrate on managing their talent, not a training programme.
