Horizons Talent can help with this if required, but either way we are keen to make sure that any development programme we run in partnership with you supports the ongoing career management of this talent.

One of the keys to our success is how closely we work with the line managers of participants in Horizons Programmes. We are so strong in our belief that they play a critical role that we include a development experience for them to help better manage their talent and we stay in touch with them, providing guidance, throughout the programme. We do this because we know that line managers directly influence the key drivers of employee performance and can either greatly improve or conversely destroy employee performance.

The "Developing Talent" programme for managers of talent focuses on enabling them to take control of the key drivers that enable learning and improve employee performance. It runs alongside the Horizons programmes and comes as an added value service.
